Code of Conduct

TerraMath doesn't currently have public forums or comment sections, so this page focuses on the interactions that do exist today: bug reports, feature suggestions, and support requests. If TerraMath ever adds a public community space, this page will be expanded to cover it directly.

What we expect

Be respectful, even when reporting something frustrating. A clear, calm bug report gets fixed faster than an angry one.
Be honest — describe the actual problem or idea, not an exaggerated version of it.
Give enough detail to be useful: what you expected, what happened instead, and what device or browser you were using, where relevant.
One report per issue is plenty. Repeated submissions of the same feedback don't get it addressed any faster.

What's not okay

Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language directed at anyone
Spam, unsolicited advertising, or attempts to use feedback channels for anything unrelated to TerraMath
Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the support or feedback process itself

If this changes

If TerraMath grows to include things like public discussions, a garden-sharing community, or user-submitted content, this Code of Conduct will be updated to reflect the norms and enforcement process for those spaces specifically.
